Along with eXceed Co-founding partner, Carl Bruggemeier, Adam Christopher has concentrated on bringing an Independent Restaurateur's approach to the Hotel Industry while continuing to participate in the development of several independently owned and operated restaurants. He began his career in the Culinary Arts as a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has since managed and opened several high end restaurants.

Mr. Christopher has the distinctive ability to merge a culinary background, a restaurant management background, and a computer programming background into a problem solving thought process that understands both the business side and the creative side of restaurant operations. He utilizes the latest in technology to deliver and organize a broad range of systems and controls.

As the Co-founding Developer of BlueSkies Hospitality Management Systems, LLC, he has spearheaded the development of a package of Web-based Hospitality Management tools that allows restaurants, hotels, spa, golf clubs, and other guest oriented businesses to organize and centralize mission critical data that's accessible from virtually any location. In addition to software systems, he is currently developing an entire suite of fully customizable, downloadable manuals and training guides that will further assist hotels and restaurants with standardizing employee training, testing, and evaluation.

He is also a Principal in the CZH Hospitality Group, LLC., a full-service provider of concepting, re-concepting, design and development assistance to the Hospitality and Retail Industries. The Group is sought after by companies of all types for its wealth of expertise in the area of Lifestyle Adaptation based on intra-demographic change. His role within the Group covers Project Management, Strategic Planning, Feasibility Studies, Branding, Software Integration and other Technology based solutions.
