eXceed Hospitality Asset Advisors provides Asset Management Services to Hotel Investors and Owners to ensure that their Hotel Assets are managed efficiently, professionally and profitably. eXceed Asset Management Services also recommends Hotel Management Companies and Brands to Hotel Investors and Owners that would be best suited to their particular asset. eXceed Asset Management Services acts as a liaison between Hotel Investors and Owners and the Hotel Management Company that they retain to operate their asset.
eXceed Asset Management Services assists the Hotel Management Company during the pre-opening of new Hotels and the pre-takeover of existing Hotels to ensure a smooth opening and start-up of operations. Post opening and post take-over, eXceed Asset Management Services reviews monthly operating statements, annual business plans, marketing programs and any other relevant operational issues and reports monthly to the Hotel Investors and Owners.
Troy Bennett, CHA has been involved in the development and operations of over $5 billion dollars worth of Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Mr. Bennett has asset managed properties for the Industry’s largest hotel owner, Host Hotels and Resorts as VP of Asset Management; and owner/developer of luxury branded hotels, the Gencom Group as SVP Asset Management. He has worked with all of the Industry’s major full service brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, and many luxury independent and boutique properties. Mr. Bennett’s has a long career as General Manager, Multi-Unit Operator and Asset Manager.
Jim Biggar's on-property, multi-unit oversight and asset management experience spans all hotel and resort asset classes totaling more than $10B in asset value. Known for executing detailed plans to fulfill strategic objectives. He has served as President of SIXTY Hotels, which owned and operated luxury lifestyle hotels in New York, Miami and Beverly Hills; as EVP for Hersha’s luxury and lifestyle hotels found in major urban and resort destinations in the U.S.; and as EVP of Interstate Hotels and Resorts with oversight of 85 full service hotels and resorts. Prior, Jim oversaw early brand and site development of Hard Rock Hotels and Resorts; held corporate positions at Tishman Hotel Corporation and Renaissance Hotels, following GM assignments with Stouffer Hotels including The Mayflower Hotel, Washington, DC and the Stouffer Grand Beach Resort, St. Thomas, USVI. Jim brings an understanding of the complexities required to manage and market independent, luxury and lifestyle hotels, is current in understanding leading brands, has relationships with brand corporate support teams, and is familiar with most major North American and Caribbean markets. Jim has an MBA from Georgetown University.
